This policy sets out how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. It incorporates the requirements set out in the Privacy Act 2020 and applies whenever you access our website, or apply for a service or uses our services.

We are not responsible for external sites that are linked to or from our website so please review their individual policies.

We keep your information safe by storing that in encrypted database and only the Director, Nick Symister, has access on it .

We keep your information for two years at which point we securely destroy it.

Who do we collect personal information from?

Wherever possible we will collect personal information from you directly by our website or by phone.

We are also using third-parties software to collect analytical and anonymous data such as device type, browser, languages used.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

 

COOKIES

Like many companies, Artikel and Swint uses “cookie” technology on its website. A “cookie” is a small summary file containing a unique ID number which is stored on your computer by your browser.
